7.2167 after 60 votes seems promising for my NYR challenge!

To take this shot I had to drive 50km southward to reach the most interesting seascape area in my region. It was snowing, even though you can't spot that from the image.

The sea was so powerful. Adriatic Sea is usually quite boring but winds were strong and waves impressive. This was my last shot of the day - glad I took it!

This is a real goal... I'll keep searching hard weather conditions this year, they can help to get more dramatic landscape images - the ones I like more

Congratulations on the blue, great image. I can almost feel the shuddering of that pier in those conditions - rather intimidating. Kudos to you for going out in that.

I really like this image. The only distracting element is the pink cloud; it looks out of place and very noisy. It and the sky look a bit over saturated as well. However, still a great composition.

A solid twist on the usual pier-into-the-water image to have all this turmoil in the sky and water rather than a placid scene. Well done IMHO. 7
