Oooh. I love the frame-within-a-frame, and the fact that it's not perfectly centered. Great water textures, and the b/w makes it rather timeless and classic.

For me, the face is a fabulous example of underexposed photography. However, the terrific bokeh behind her fights against the simple lines of the face. The very textured background fights for attention.
