Comment by Devinder:
slightly tigther crop, more rigor mortis on the hand, a little less leading to hand in the heart and drops and i think things would be looking more solid. i sure as hell dont like the 18 1s you got even if it was 4 years ago. i think it had less to do with the photo more to do with the sadness.

I like the composition of the picture and the overexposure in the background.

Well, with such a small aperture and fast shutter speed we will have to take your word for it ;-)

It's actually quite I nice shot.

Look at all those legs! And talk about flexible ;-) Not sure I'd want him crawling on me (aren't they poisonous?) but fascinating to see.

Voted earlier coming back to comment.

Fabulous details on the centipede/millipede from the segments on the back down to the many legs. With all those great details on the insect why just have it compose only 30% of your composition? Bring your audience closer - show off all the great and colorful details - make it fill the frame or close too it. The one other suggestion I have is to loose the big frame border. It calls attention away from your photo and minimizes the visual impact of viewing in this medium - leave the framing to when you hang it on a wall.

What to you figure - about 100 legs? Gives me the creeps! The bug - not the shot :) Great perspective.
