I think the dark grey background really hurts this. I don't mind the idea of a rim light here, but the background and floor being kind of lit gives this the impression of underexposed (not a pun!)

My nit pick here would be the sky. It has so much clarity to it that it looks like it's just as close to the foreground as the foreground is. But that's not true. Try this with knocking down the clarity in the sky.

Overall, good image. Nice composition, nice exposure.

One thing that is bothering me is the rocks in the background. I'm not sure if this is an artifact of resizing or sharpening, but I see a lot of 90 degree corners, something that nature doesn't provide that much of. If you don't see what I'm seeing, I'm happy to take a screenshot and draw a circle around it.
