Great design, I love how black and white parts answer each other... which is a perfect choice for a coffee themed stamp. Congrats on the nice finish, and hurray for coffee!

Wonderful idea, it definitely shouts 'Canada' to me! The maple leaves are a great touch indeed. The yellow toning works also perfectly and adds some nostalgia to the stamp. Great work, congrats on the nice finish!

My favorite of the challenge, very happy you won a ribbon for it! The design is just perfect, and embedding the Ukrainian flag in it was very smart. It definitely could be a real postage stamp.

can i ask in the top middle, is there a patch of blue, or is it just a darker patch and a trick of light makes it look blue? half way along the image. at the top. just under the frilling.

Thanks a lot, very kind of you :)
Yes you are right, there is a patch of blue there. I didn't apply the toning at full opacity, so that some colors of the original photos would survive in the final image (even if the effect is very subtle). I thought it would be a bit richer this way.

Why the hell isn't this on the front page? Great message, great composition, great colors, so very needed in every way. Thanks for this.

When I saw the title under the thumbnail, I first was a bit surprised... I mean, "hairballs", "tiny moon", on DPC? ;-) Then I clicked, and smiled at the cuteness. It instantly reminded me Saint-Exupéry's "Little Prince", and the memories of childhood. Technically, I really like the choice of complementary colors, it makes things pop out so very well! Thanks for the travel :)

So very audacious. First of all, I love the angle you chose, although this is a complex one to handle properly in a composite - which you managed perfectly. Then, your choice of colors works beautifully, the rainbow-ish flare is a nice touch, and the glowing effect on the highlights brings the final touch. I say, great work.
