I live very close to this place and i love it there. as much as i really do like this image, i still have yet to see one that really does the place justice. For those of you that have never visited the peak district i highly suggest you do.

My girlfriend took this awesome shot and i couldn't resist uploading it!

As the description says: I am an "extreme amateur". I unfortunately don't have a camera with adaptable lenses nor does it have a true macro feature and i can only zoom in so far before it is unable to focus on an object.

As for editing i am no wizz at this either and as much as i would've loved to zoom in to just show the dragon fly i wasn't really sure how and as a newbie (only having entered once before) i wasn't sure how much editing i could really do to fit into the rules :D!

Thank you again for your helpful comments and i will try and improve for my next entry :)

Hehe ahh well, it was my first entry and didn't really know what i was doing (as you can't see the other kinds of things people had entered for this until after submission). Next time i'll be more clued up... Don't really get ThatChickOverThere's comment though --- "Shoe + Horn = Score of "1" "
