This is stunning - a favorite flower for it's sunny , vibrant colors- you really did them justice with this image !!!
I'm very sorry about your job-these are hard times- glad I'm retired. My son got laid off in Dec. & is still looking...

These are both lovely, Rodney. Being laid off comes as an awful shock, even when you saw it coming & thought you were prepared--so I offer you my sympathy but even more than that my encouragement. The first time I was laid off I learned to do the crossword puzzles in the newspaper--I still do them to this day. Sometimes the silver lining is a little one, but it's always there. Head up, tail up -- & please get some more of these lovely flower shots for us.

I took a spare pane of glass, cleaned it up and treated it with rainx. Then I clamped it to a spare tripod and used my 60mm macro lense to focus on the drops. I think a tighter crop might have been nicer but it started to thunder, so I cut my experiment short.
