I think the DOF work well here - unfortunately, it also takes away some of the texture aspect of this shot.

I think you took the levels and sharpening a little too far, but a good shot nonetheless. Also, the outline of the leftmost finger doesn't look natural.

The more I look at this, the more I like it. Good job keeping the white so white. Might be a little overshaprened though. Great work.

Great use of shadows! The shot appears a little underexposed and blurry, but I still like it a lot. Also, I might have cropped differently to lose the floor and get the whole plant in the shot. Some more contrast would help, as well.
