When this challenge is over I'd really like to know how this is done. I got this one right up there in the top of my favorites for this challenge. GL.

The only thing that throws me off is the balance. An easy 9 for me otherwise. I'm still going high on this one, but not as high as I feel it could've been. I'm assuming you did the balance on purpose for your own reasoning. Good Luck, I still like it alot.

I have always been a super big fan of Pentax, and this is just another shot that adds to the list of reasons.

I hate the border, I mean really, really don't like it, but that said you still are getting a 10 from me. Great photo, all the way. The border is so insignificant to the beauty of the shot I can't take a point away for that. Maybe if I could take away .05 of a point I would, not an option, so again I say great job. Beautiful.

I absolutely love this image, my favorite so far in this challenge. The one big problem with it, is the DNMC that I'm sure you have been told about already. I love it, and I can almost see some play in it if I look real hard, but the colors, and the composition do not say play to me at all. Although I love it, and would hang this photo on my wall in a second, I don't feel 'Play" is profound enough to really meet the challenge adequately.

I also noticed the 1's voted into the challenge. Not only on my own shots, but I went through looking at some of the top shots. There is not an answer that I could come up with, yes I agree, this shot taking two 1's is pretty ridiculous, more than ridiculous. Ridiculous in my opinion for this shot is anything under 5, which your shot is even better- than that, but 1, and even the 3 just doesn't make sense unless the motive of such is defined. You know what I'm saying?

BTW, I gave it a nine. Keep your head up, you are doing a fine job.

I liked this shot too, I can't help to wonder what would of happen in Black and White. I also think the background is a bit distracting, and within composure, he is standing just a little bit crooked, and I know it doesn't seem like much, but it shapes the overall image into a little bit of an awkward balance. Still a good shot, and I like it a lot.

Subtract the big red/blue thing behind him that I can't even tell what it is, and center up his face with a little depth in the streets behind him, maybe turn to black and white, and boom this is a top 3 entry. However, I must say that I am hardly in expert in the field of street photography, but I remember one guy whos name was I think Librodo, and that dude was excellent with these kind of shots, I've seen others I just don't remember their names right off.

Well done, I'm not for sure if it meets the exact detail of simplicity, but it comes close enough, and demands the viewer to explore the technical part of the shot, and then the ball falls in your favor because the execution of the shot seems flawless on my end, and beautifully composed. A gorgeous shot, and if it doesn't win a ribbon it will simply be because of the challenge detail of simplicity, because really there is nothing technically unsound about the photo, great job. good luck.

Very interesting shot, and probably the one that has the most intriguing look to it. It is interesting, clear, composed, and simple. I absolutely love the shot, and would not be surprised to see this one sitting atop the rest in the end. I also wouldn't be let down either, it looks great. Good Luck.

Well you certainly nailed simplicity. I love the scope of the greys, and the lack of overall color. I seriously can't find anything to complain about, it looks great, and meets the demand of "simplicity" Good luck.
