As with most potraits, I prefer to see the eyes more in focus than any other part of the body.... unless you're a dentist showing off your dental work.

Wow...interesting that you would choose to focus on the subject's TEETH instead of the eyes. I give this a 6 for creativity, even though the composition is not very striking to me.
