Peep Poopby TygerPawzComment: Simple and inelegant. Nice choice of color contrasts. I'm hoping yours will help dispel the controversy of mine.
Who knew peeps pooped? |

after the rainby rozComment: Ah, who knows from voters. These are the same people handing out 7's 8's and 9's for a silly marshmallow peep picture. (That would be mine...)
You're an artist, thanks for sharing your vision. |

miniature worldsby rozComment: I see three different "mini worlds" here and maybe a couple more that aren't as obvious. I can't say how voters would have treated this, but I'm glad you shared it with us. |

dewdrops in the grassby rozComment: Spectacular colors. The thumb caught my eye as I was browsing, and I'm so glad I clicked on it. This is beautiful. Out on the fire trail I presume? |

Death By Wingtipby imagesbytlpComment: I keep coming back to this one. It's so simple and dark even; yet it brings to mind questions that just seem to have no answers.
Was this a malicious act? Or was the killer perhaps color-blind and just didn't see the little guy?
Could this have been a hate crime by one of the many peep detractors out there?
And what about the expression of surprise and even defiant anger on that little pink face? Was there an ugly confrontation first? Did the bunny lash out, only to discover too late that he was biting off more than he could chew?
What does this say about a society that turns a blind eye to such things. And what can we discern about the nature of wing-tips?
So many questions - no answers... Alas, poor bunny, we knew him well!
A striking and poignant capture! |

"OOPS! I didn't see him, I swear!"by XMountaineerComment: There's always been an undercurrent of prejudice between the bunnies and the chicks. Who knew it could go this far?
Good capture of the little guys in their natural environment... |

Peeps in flightby kreshkinComment: Very clever. I'm waiting to see your comments. Did you toss them in the air and snap, or are their tiny wings just too fast to capture? |

Untitled #1by wagsfxComment: There's always one in the crowd.
(I'm referring of course to that guy, four back and fourth from the left with the squinty eyes and the silly smirk.) |

Peeptrapby bucketComment: Great shot. I love the way you lit this.
There are many tales of the darker side of marshmallow life. This is one of them... |
