Day5 The Louvre.jpgby salmiakkiComment by photokariangel: wow, what an amazing business trip! great capture, and b.w works well here. but personally, i would have loved to see a different angle to it, because this is the way most people photograph it. remember that every place and situation has a different perspective then the usual one or the one your used to. |

Day4-Paris.jpgby salmiakkiComment by hajeka: You seems to travel around. Beautiful B&W patterns in combinations with the wet ground. Don't think the windows in the top add anyting, but that's a matter of taste. |

Day4-Paris.jpgby salmiakkiComment by carofo: Great perspective and geometry. I love how the lines in the ? (what are they? - est-ce que ce sont des bornes?) extend into the ground through the reflections on the wet asphalt. |

Day3a-Bank-gates.jpgby salmiakkiComment by CapeSail: Nice interesting details, I think some fill lighting on the top of the gate would have helped to bring the details out there as well. I find that if I can't get the angle to look right I sometimes try to go the extreme then, like laying on the ground looking up at the subject (or down). With the 18-200 you have you can add lots of interesting lines (and shadows) this way because of the large range.
I like the processing, the tones look good. |
