Amazing sky! Feels a tad over processed for my taste but it's the composition that lets it down for me. I wish the little boat was on it's own (for impact) and that you used a rule of thirds. To make the subject more aesthetically pleasing

I like the high contrast here, I think the noise adds to a photo journalist feel. (I do question if landscapes should have people even if it's urban?)
