Recently I did a photo shoot with a model who couldn't grasp just how much time editing a few hundred photos takes, so for fun I recorded the process on one particular photo to make a point...similar to the Dove 'Campaign For Real Beauty", without the aid of professional hair and makeup artists.
Link Here - be patient, it's about 25MB
I'm sure someone will want to flame me for removing the natural elements of the model, but rest assured these were alterations she wanted for her portfolio. This was a one time take, so the editing job is by no means perfect. In real time it took about 6 minutes.
It's all just for fun, so if you don't enjoy these sorts of things there are lots of other interesting things on the internet for you to waste your time on.
P's out.
edited to add the Youtube link

It's a DivX MPEG-4 Codec... I had to D/L the codec to view it.
Pedro, you should upload it to YouTube... I bet it would be instantly popular. :-)

windows media player should decode it just fine if you're up to date. I tried to use quicktime but I couldn't make the file size small enough without it getting even more artifacty. another word i just made up.
I'll see what i can do about the youtube - better check with her before I do that tho :) |

I'll check for updates. I don't really run WMP that often.

it works for me on my mac... if you are having troubles, you can download the .avi and watching it in either quicktime (may require divx codec) or vlc (which plays just about everything) |
