A quick photo from me, the rest will follow in a week's time, I still have to write 2000 words about an old lady :)

I hope everyone had a good time in spite of the rain.

LOL, fantastic shot, you want me to stick that in my PF so easier to link to?

Really great to meet up again with those I have already met, and also meeting new people. Real shame the weather was so crappy, hopefully next time it will be a bit drier.

Anyway, heres the group shot... :)

Actually it was blazing hot and the sun was belting down on us. In fact it was too hot really, so we decided to adjust all our pictures so that it looked as though it was a lot cooler.

Great pictures appearing already! :o)

Thanks to everyone who came along yesterday :o) Despite the odd heavy downpour we had a great day and it was good to meet you all :o) Andi's just set off for home so images from us will probably appear here later :o)

Once Christmas and the New Year is out of the way we'll have to start planning the next GTG :o)

Otherwise people would get the wrong idea and London would be crowded with tourists.

Oh.

Factor in the 1Ds mk2 in there, a couple of 5Ds and yes, you have a LOT of money there, well over £15,000 ($30,000) in my estimations..

I am sorry to have missed this - apart from the weather, it looks like it was fun (and on my doorstep). I have been working on a big deal all hours and seven days a week for the last few months but it is coming to an end.

Hopefully I will be there for the next one!

Yup, even though the weather was bad it was a good meet :) If the day proved anything to me its that I need to get my eyes sorted out very soon!

That said I had a great time and got a couple of decent shots. The thing that suprised me most was some of us actualy had an arty discussion about that 'crack' in the Tate Modern.

Ah, yes the `crack`. I tried talking to MAK about the Crack later on in the afternoon, he kinda looked at me and said he knows a guy who can get it but I would have to wait a couple of days.. The philistine!

Typical of you to be staring at crack in the tate aint you got better things to do

I'll be posting some of my shots real soon, bloody windows machine bombed out last night AGAIN!!!!! so im reinstalling today. poor Hanae only had a P&S with a XD card and after she shot a ton of shots the blasted OLYMPUS M XD card was currupthed.. I can format it in camera and use it as a 2GB card but as soon as i put it in the reader it claims to need initialising and says it is 3.9MB .. so we lost all her shots poor girl.
