But he didn't jump on the egg. I saw him jump over it several times, though. |

Egg prices have risen something like 50% in California with the introduction of new regulations governing the raising of chickens. |

A friend of a friend gave me some eggs from home-raised, free range chickens. Most delicious eggs I have ever eaten. It would be worth some extra costs to get that flavor. |

We only get about 3 eggs a day right now but that should rise to about 8 soon. Don't know if we want more chickens than that. They are great. We let our chickens free range and they wonder into the woods sometimes. The best eggs I have ever had. |

I liked the idea of jumping on peoples' noses without breaking them better. Would be pretty funny, especially closeups, but probably zero entries. |

If I have to wear an outfit like that, I'm not in.
Or... even if I have to photograph someone wearing an outfit like that... I'm out.

That guy's just practicing an ancient Saxon activity, usually engaged in on major feast days, called "nut dancing"... Nowadays they do it with eggs, yeah, but you can just imagine... |

And more to the point, who the he'll would even search for egg jumping in the first place? And what a rip-off, so the toes of his shoes maybe grazed the tops of the eggs. What utter bollocks. |

I'm still trying to figure out how this translates into a challenge. |

That's the whole POINT, isn't it? To be able to graze the eggs without breaking them... |

Ok -- this guy needs his own tv show.
Watch for awhile. He doesn't jump on eggs, but he walks on them. But he's a hoot. :)

But he ISN'T jumping ON the eggs! There is a big difference between jumping on something - which also implies landing on that same thing - and simply barely coming in contact with it. So he can hop over a couple eggs with his toes just barely touching them. If I had the time to waste, I could do it too.
Sadly, the trees are calling my name, so must get geared up for The Season... |
