I usually save my images as a full .jpeg for printing and sales then save a copy for DPC at 1200px using the export and save for web function in PS CC. Why do the save for web images come out brighter on my screen?

Possibly because you are processing in other-than-sRGB; save for web converts from other color gamuts to sRGB, which is the universal standard for screen display. sRGB is not as wide a gamut as Adobe RGB or ProColor RGB, so there will be visible differences.

Thanks. I adjusted my camera settings to AdobeRGB and the colors seem to be more true when converting for web.

in a similar vein, where is save for web on Photoshop CC 2017? it doesn't appear as an option below all the saves.
