So, there would be approximately 6 entries in the challenge, since that is likely the number of people that have access to these things?
Am I missing something? |

They're in any retail window display.

Maybe in the big cities ... certainly not common everywhere. I know our small town doesn't have them. The jewelry stores have the little neck / half-shoulder things.
I agree with giantmike ... very limited audience for this challenge. |

I'm thinking you might find one in a Salvation Army store or a second-hand clothing store, a sporting goods store, or even at the mall, if you have one. The dummies at my local Wal-Mart are made of bent wire. I think they prefer to be called mannequins, though. If you know anyone who'd model for you...a little pancake make-up, some false eyelashes, a stilted pose...wa-la! a mannequin.

I like the idea and there are such things in my town. I'd really prefer standard editing though. |

Is this a joke? I would have to travel more than 125 miles to find one. But never mind, not going to enter this one anyway, especially when it's in minimal. |

Perhaps expand to include dolls and statues, or alternatively, just call it 'Humanesque'. And yes, standard editing please. |

I have one of those dummies, but I agree that this would be a better option. And definitely standard editing.
