I was all excited about my Sci-Fi entry.

But, now I'm not.

Ha!

Brutal voting... hard to say why people have fun with that. Surely one of the reasons why people decided not to join challenges anymore.

Totally agree. Spending way too much time on the expert editing lately for not much result. At least I improve my editing skills each time.

I agree. I find myself wanting to do something, so I go to YouTube and never come out... ha! SO MANY interesting tutorials on Photoshopping stuff!

My score dropped .3 .5 since this morning. *sigh*

+1 pretty much the only reason I enter Extended challenges these days. And even then I get kicked to the curb.

Look at it from the potential voters point of view... these images are surely one of the reasons why people decide not to vote anymore.

So lets be honest here... how many of those images really pull you in and get you motivated to vote? To me, most seem to be just images that were laid on or mixed in with other images in a haphazard way without a lot of creativity. Just my opinion of course, which isn't worth any more or less than anyone else but your comment did jump out at me. Hmm, I guess that means the words is stronger than the images. :D

I can only speak for myself...I'm not an "Expert" at expert, but I try and learn along the way. Is my attempt trash? Apparently, but maybe if you voted and commented about what you didn't like about my image and what I could do differently I could learn even more. Just saying.

Based on the subject matter of the challenge, I kind of figured the type of entries that would be "created", so I haven't bothered to even look (that probably makes some of those that entered happy actually). :-)

I for one would appreciate that feedback, with or without a numbered vote.

Doesn't make me happy. I always appreciate feedback in challenges, even if they accompany low votes. That said, on the opposite spectrum, I generally feel the same way about minimal challenges. Many of them don't excite or interest me at all. I assume you still appreciate that I vote and comment on them?

Also, just saying. :)

There's only 25 entries. Not hard to vote and comment on that few.

I'd already voted on SciFi, but since I shot my mouth off about commenting, I went back and tried to offer something of value in that vein - even if it's just entertainment value. :)

You have rated 25 of 25 images (100%) in this challenge.
You have commented on 25 images (96%) in this challenge.

Thank you to the 13 participants who voted on my entry!!

and thanks Art (and others) for commenting (which I didn't get to do myself - working two jobs right now)!
