Anyone else have Alpine Lab Pulse?

Sounds like a winner... recent Canon cameras also have some of this functionality built-in. There's a Canon smartphone app for camera control. I haven't looked at whether it is all that capable for intervalometry tho, the Pulse may provide more capability than Camera Connect.

I was really excited that the new sony I got can do this. All I had to do was download the playmemories app. I can see a live preview, change ISO, Shutter, Aperture, self timer, white balance, and trigger the camera all from my phone. I can even touch a spot on the live preview to set a focus point.

It's awesome! I hate selfies, but I've had to use myself for a model in challenges, and this is incredible.

That, and I already had the cybercommander for my lights. But was on the camera. I bought a trigger transmitter.

So last night I was sitting, taking self portraits using my phone to control my camera, and using my cybercommander to control my lights. I was constantly changing the lighting, camera settings and shooting without moving from my spot.

It's exciting stuff. :)
