Interesting stuff, thanks for sharing. It makes me realise again that lot of you guys are professional photographers and being part of this community has taught me so much.
I noticed he was shooting with Nikon gear, I always thought that for the Olympics Canon was the brand to use. A guy who runs a photographic page on Facebook sold all his Nikon gear last month and changed to Canon because -as he claimed- that’s the professional standard (although I think both brands are equal in quality)

Deb & I had the pleasure of catching up with Andrew a couple of years ago when we passed through Singapore and found him to be a generous host and wonderful guy. We did more eating & sightseeing than photography but I guess he must be good at that too;) |

It was true prior to 2008 , Canon was KING In the sports photography world !! Since then , about a 50/50 share. Latest is the Sony A9 mirrorless trying to win over some of the market share. |
