No lottery, they will just triple the permit fees. And, unless the Photographer was using the Nikon 1000mm "Battering Ram" lens, I do not see how the Prima Donna's knee was twisted out of wack by a lens.

Supposedly that knee was previously injured, and so may be sensitive to side pressure. I know that my left knee is that way, due to old injury. To blame the photog is ridiculous, IMO. Coach should have acknowledged it as an accident, and yes, vowed to gain more control over the sidelines. The blame game is useless.

unfortunately, it's a highly-developed skill that a lot of people find useful...
