Do you shoot tethered? If so, what software do you use?

I have done this a couple of times only and used Lightroom and it was very easy to do - there are good tutorials on the web. I can't remember the finer details.

I've used both Lr and EOS Utility. Either way, seems to work nicely. I shot tethered for the eclipse, worked great. Instant verification on the high-resolution laptop screen.

i like the EOS utility. fairly straight-forward interface. really gives a lot more control than the camera. as with any software, though, you need to take the time to work through all the menu options so that you can determine what works for you out of the box and what you need to configure (especially in terms of naming files and where they go).

I have used Canon software on my cell phone and it works great.

echo the thoughts on using the software that comes with your camera, great features. I have mine connected to a pc in my garage/studio and have it send the pics to my editing pc in the house.
