I have searched the internet and my instruction manual for a solution and can't figure it out. A few months ago my canon 7D dials quit working to adjust setting like iso, fstop, and shutterspeed. I can only do it if I go into the quick control mode. This is a bit annoying and I have dealt with it because I haven't been out shooting as much. But I have started to shoot more and I am ready to get it figured out. I'm hoping someone know how to figure this out for me. I'm hoping its just a setting I accidentally clicked on when in the menu.

With a little more thinking and messing around with my camera, I decided the best thing to try was to restore the cameras settings to the manufactures settings. I looked it up on youtube and found out how. This did the trick. I am guessing I must have accidentally pushed a setting that disabled my controls. Now I just need to test out my camera and make sure everything is set the way I like it.

Good! I check in occasionally to see if there are any challenge topics that fit anything that I shot within the last week. I haven't had any fit lately though. Hopefully soon. Trying to shoot more lately.

Welcome back! Notice that there have been more challenges open to archival images, including some open to registered users, so also watch out for challenges where you can use something more than a week old.
