Heard it was actually a "live in" cardiologist. They keep saying he did not have heart problems (died from heart attack)...if that is so, why is there a cardiologist living there? Most likely died of respiratory arrest, if he purportedly was on all those different drugs, how much is the question.

He broke a leg, had a back issue and at one time had been addicted to Demerol after the burning hair thing making the Pepsi commercial. Demerol makes you sleep through your pain. Wonder if the doc gave him an injection and then he took some other scripts, causing an OD. Kind of like Anna Nicole.

I think he was really a sad misunderstood man who never got to have a childhood. I don't think he was a pedophile. But we'll never know. I did watch the Thriller video for the zillionth time. He certainly changed the face of the MTV world. He made telling a story in a video ok. No one had ever had one longer than the regular song before. And man, could that guy dance. These discussions will go on ad infinitum.

For your listening pleasure: THRILLER.

You see...it only goes to show what can be done when you hire a good choreographer.

Even a Philippino Prison looks pretty cool.

Well, not exactly zero coverage. But that happens. Groucho Marx died three days after Elvis (Presley) and there wasn't so much in the press about him.

No! lol - It was a famous internet hoax, a TV station in New Zealand believed it and the rumours re-surfaced.

I believe it was an Austraila TV station that believed it. The first time NZ TV talked about it was on the evening news reporting the Hoax and all the phone calls the police received to ask if it was true.

i for a while did believe in it, but since there were so many of them dying that day, its hardly my fault that i believed.

Me too, until I mentioned it to my son and he said, "He was in NY yesterday, filming the Colbert Report, so unless he flew down overnight it can't be true." Off he went to check it out and came back in about 2 minutes with the truth. Smartass kids.... I hate it when they're right....

I don't know if it's because of Farrah or Michael,
but either way, I can't stop grabbing my crotch.

When Farrah got to the gates of St. Michael, she was asked, "if there was one thing you could do for the people of earth right now, what would it be?" Farrah replied, "I would wish for all the children of earth to be safe."

So god promptly smote Michael Jackson.

I heard that due to him being 99% plastic that instead of cremating him they are melting him down and turning him into Lego - so little boys will be playing with him for a change.

So I turned on BET Awards, thinking it was gonna be a great MJ tribute Show-- What a waste of time-- sucky ass performances, the only tribute I saw was " Put your hands up" for MJ-- it was a mess-- totally shitty-
I think Jamie Fox is a great entertainer-- but he just made a mockery of MJ-- with his stupid outfits ( and I understand he was trying to be a comic) nothing in this show worked-- total wast of time..

ETA-- so Janet showed up at the end-- still crap

Was there a wardrobe malfunction??? HA!
It's unfortunate that the tribute wasn't better. The radio stations here were doing all kinds of tribute things for MJ.
