Thanks Madman! I used the graduated filter in camera raw to make the sky brighter.

 Kenght - that is very cool, almost looks like daytime.
What techniques did you use for that one, especially on the sky? |

I mostly used Nik Analog Efex, and a bit of levels masking. |

 Bear_Music I like the way the effect brought some depth into the light on the house.
 aliqui That looks very good and suits the subject well I think. Good idea on the blur. I agree with you on the foreground light as well, didn't like the flat look of it which came from it being right near the camera. Maybe it'd be better shot while there was a bit more light left in the sky, or even some moonlight.

Decided to go with story telling. Cropped a bit, straightened, created a path to the house and the tree from the bright patch in the front, connecting the three main areas of the image

In the original, the house was dominating the photo, but I didn't feel it should. The foreground light really bothered me, because it screamed "headlights". Used layers in PS.
Worked on the sky with highlight and passed it in Dfine in NIK collection
HDR for the ground .
Chnged levels of brightness on the house |

Nice shot. Definitely had a tough time editing, though.
Not really happy with the shades of blue. If were mine, I'd probably work on that a bit more. |
