Fair criticism. Nothing wrong with protest entries or IDGAF entries as long as you accept the consequences. None of this matters anyway and I am sure you got smiles. :)

Feeble maybe, but the challenge was feeble too, IMO, so maybe this was my reaction. I thought your citation was a joke (you do that a lot). But in any case I admit that my image deserved whatever it got.... :)
Hopefully I made some people smile.

In this case, I would've been more lenient on something like "In the Jaws of the Urban Jungle" or something that is just more abstract and therefor more subjective. That makes it harder for me to DNMC it. That's just me, though - some don't care at all about the challenge relevance and some don't even look at or consider the title in relation to the challenge.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't! I had this one that was obviously out of whack but I thought you'd want to know what good things can come from entering:

I got a reaction (see comment) from Ken Art Roflmao and this . It should have come with a lower score though:)
