I wanted to start the same thread; I don't want to create controversy but I took the photo following the indications of the challenge and, in the light of the results, it was better to avoid a temporary asymmetry and make only a beautiful asymmetric picture without any imposed restrictions

Need some help with understanding the challenge requirements
“Photograph something asymmetrical that under normal circumstances would be symmetrical.”

The key words being “something” and “normal circumstances”, in my view.
Which I understand as the object is meant to be symmetrical but is not due to a particular action/ circumstance temporarily. And will return to being symmetrical once the external stimulus is removed.

Some pictures are of buildings that are constructed that way. That is normal for them and permanent.

How is the requirement interpreted here?

OK a few hours to roll over on this challenge so not expecting a lot of participation but here goes

Here's how I voted on this one

You have rated 53 of 54 images (98%) in this challenge.
You have commented on 13 images (24%) in this challenge.
You have given an average score of 5.5094.

I try to comment on 20% or so, my comments are how I feel when viewing the image, and generally why I voted the way I did. Commenting helps me to understand what I find good/bad about images and hopefully helps me and others to become better.

Here's how my image is doing, probably about where I would have scored it myself
