I have a black and white outline of a house, with windows, doors, siding, etc. drawn on it. I have opened it in Photoshop Elements and I'm filling color into the outline. There's a section of the image that has a brick pattern on it, and I would like to fill in this entire area with a brick red color, but I still want the outlines of the bricks to be there too. I can figure out how to fill in each brick individually, but that takes forever because there's a lot of bricks. I can also figure out how to select the outline of the area and fill in the whole thing, but then I can't see the brick outlines anymore. Is there a way with Photoshop Elements to fill in a large area while leaveing the brick outlines visible? If not with Photoshop Elements, is there a better program? Thanks! |
