| I have one of my fireworks photos there. It was photo of the day, or week, a year ago at New Year. Then I generally forget about the site... ;-) |

| Here is mine. I've had a bunch of my submissions rejected, but I've also had a couple on the front page under "popular today" so I can't complain. It's a very different community, but there sure is some stunning work to be found there when you start digging. |

What cracks me up is that the shot is fun, but far from what I consider my best work. Whereas much better shots have been rejected, usually very quickly. Jeff, it's quirky, shouts for attention, grabs the viewer by the eyeballs and gives him a shake. Exactly the kind of shot sites want on their homepage :) |

If you are not a member you can't search other than by simply paging through and hoping to find who you are looking for. I understand that if you are a member/have an account, there's a search box. Not sure why the unwashed general public can't do that, though. |

lol Ursula, am not wanting to hijack this thread and thank-you for your indepth critique, much appreciated and should clarify the reson for non publication .....
Additional remarks: Of those who voted against your image, five indicated that there is a problem with technical quality, four noted sharpness as a weakness and three selected impact as a reason for not publishing the image. |

The reason I think the initial link didn't work was because it's a .Net not .Com. Dot net one still redirects correctly. |
