My company is looking for a photographer for their annual SuperConference event in Ft. Lauderdale FL March 14th - 17th 2012. If you are interested please contact me at cking@autotraining.net. The president will be down there on Dec 11th - 13th for a site visit and would like to meet then for a consultation.

You just found one! Events are the type of work that I do most often.
edit to add: Noooo! I just checked those dates and I have already booked a trip to Tahiti and New Zealand for two weeks including those dates.
I told my second shooter to plan on that time for her vacation or her opportunity to do something else if she chooses. I'll check with her to see if she has already made plans. If not, then she can certainly handle it for me.

I would love to do it but if I was able to go down for the week, my company would have me running around doing a thousand other things. Plus, I really don't have enough experience to cover this type of an event. My photography is just for fun. :) That email address is for my work email so you are actually sending it to me, just via an avenue I can share with my boss.
