Hi guys, I entered this shot in the Backlighting challenge and didn't do as well as I thought I might. Can someone give some honest feedback? I can see it's too over-exposed. I was just a little surprised at how low it scored.

Backlighting Entry

Thank you for any feedback! :)

My Opinion: Very flat looking. Not a particularly stunning scene even if properly exposed. It's nice, but not WOW. Definitely the exposure killed it and still it scored much better than I would have predicted.

No help probably, but there it is.

Hmm no, fair enough. That does help, actually. Thank you :)
I had a LOT of other nice shots from that shoot, but they were not as technically fit for the challenge. I haven't edited them but maybe I will later on and show them... I wonder if they'd have done better.

Edit and post them in the outtakes thread. If I see 'em I'll give you my two cents. :)
