OK, I guess by now your thinking; He just mentioned a Nature challenge and now he has another backwoods idea. Yep,.... I guess this could be for all those that dont want the bugs and critters. A rural challenge could cover such as old barns, rolling hills at sunset, an interesting fence row or even some old mail boxes with aged character. This is a broad field, but with a defined topic. Any comments?---Rex

I love it! I'm a big fan of old barns and hayfields. All I need is an excuse to cruise the countryside.

I don't need an excuse, I live in a horse pasture! (Hehehehe -- actually the pasture goes all around the house.)

That'd be nice. Also a good excuse to get away from the computer and into the country.

Lucky you. I grew up in the country and my house was surrounded by cow pastures. It was wonderful till there was a break in the fence and I woke up to the sound of 20 or 30 cattle mooing outside my bedroom window.

Yikes!
I grew up in a multitude of environments - mostly country/suburbs. I live 7 miles out of Boston now, and have never been able to get used to it. I love going out to see friends near the NH border to get my fill of trees, grass, etc...

No kidding. The horses (6 total) belong to my sister, and two of them could be called Houdini. They don't need a break. Good fertilizer though, and they keep the grass trimmed when they get in our yard. :-)
