It is a big challenge to make you guys "ooooohhh" and "aaaahhhh". Away from DPC, it is much easier to impress people with photography.
Is it just me, or is this photo just a tad dark and dull? I bet many DPCers could make this image sing - the amazing cat sure deserves it!

Why not--I'll take a crack at it:
It's already a nice photo, but agree that it could use a bump. The color cast in the fur still bugs me a bit. |

| Wouldn't it be nice to have the original to play with, instead of just the version that Facebook already butchered? |

The first thing I noticed was the contrast. Good job adjusting that for what you had to work with. It was a little over sharpened also for my taste in the original. |
