Thought it was a neat story and a nicely shot picture in the moment from a moving vehicle.

I read one of the comments and I kind of agree with it. I think this was a publicity stunt by the photographer. Or else he entirely missed the actual photographer because there clearly is one by the shadow in the image.

Agreed. He can't be so dumb as to not see the shadow of the photographer.

It's just a photo a guy took from his car and he liked it so much he wanted the couple to have it. It's obvious there was a professional photographer for the couple, but so what?

The internet has made this sort of search a fun scavenger hunt that unites the globe in a positive way. I love it. It's along the lines of Brother Orange.

Is this what they call "investigative reporting" now? ... so sad. "Hey I shot a photo of a couple posing for another photographer!" LOL

The other photographer (the shadow) clearly missed a perfect shot from a bad case of chimping...

Sad day for him... Lol.

Yeah I'm sure he/she only got about 600 photos that look better than that =D

Unless the shadow is a guy eating a hot dog.

He might at least have straightened it for them, sheesh.

I dunno. That seems a bit cynical. Why would a London photog choose to go "viral" with a Canadian Facebooker and what would he gain without his/her name being included? Also, the shadow could be a photographer, but it could be a tourist or even someone without a camera. I don't think it was someone taking an active photograph unless they are doing something weird by holding the camera at chest height.

I'll just take the story at face value.

Given that the only information we have on the official photographer is a chimping shadow and that he is probably shooting on the side that puts the Shard tower in the background, I would bet on well under 600 ;)
