according to my quick research... i.e, Okay Google! ... the Lytro does not store EXIF, though it does store metadata in its proprietary format.
Does this mean that the Lytro cannot be used for DPC challenges? Would it help if I sent the SC an original file from a Lytro? |

I don't think we have anything that can view an original Lytro file. If there's a link to a free file-viewing utility, then send us that and the original and we'll see what we can see. Assuming you HAVE a Lytro? |

OK, then, let's start playing around with it from a legality POV. |

That's a command line tool that uses perl, as far as I can tell. Way above my pay grade :-( |

But still... I downloaded it (V 10, found that early on), and as far as the ReadMe goes, it seems to want to be executed from a command-line prompt :-( |

It is easy to use.
There is a Windows or Apple standalone.
Only thing to do is drag your image on the *.exe file.

Got it, thanks. I hadn't seen that there was a separate, windows-executable download link :-) |

Sorry, Bear, I didn't mean to give you homework! I hope I'm not the only one with a Lytro. |

I don't mind homework, things are slow right now :-) |
