But... what's the Am dollar conversion from £7,188 ?

Me too.
It is not true medium format though, more like an extended 35mm full frame so I do not like it being pitched as Medium format because simply, it is not.

My experience with Hasselblad service when I owned the H3DII was not very good which is the reason I sold all my Blad stuff and stuck with Leica

one advantage: max flash sync speed 1/2000 sec, the shortest the camera can shoot. the fly in the ointment: lenses will use leaf shutters which inherently have a much shorter life span than focal plane, and so will need repair or replacement a lot sooner than other systems' gear.

I think about 2 years ago. I will never go back to Hasselblad regardless of this 'new technology' they are selling to us.. If I want MF I will head towards Leica or more realistically affordable Pentax system.

That'd be slightly more the $10,000. But of course that might change with the Brexit results...
