Marac, I have been one of the fortunate ones to have spent time on a league team with you a few years ago. You were a cohesive part of that team. Sorry to hear you have been having some issues but happy you are coming out the other side! Let's decide to make 2017 a year we want to remember.

Hey Man One Guy Down here who has been there, done that is Sir John Kerwin aka JK. Ex All Black, he has written a book on his experience with depression and his fight to free himself from this it would be worth a read

Thank you so much for these encouraging words it is really appreciated ... I have moments of great joy and other times I would gladly end it all.. We live in very insecure tenancy and as you may or may not know I have a back injury that has left me unable to work and was reliant on benefits but now that benefit has been taken away because of this horrid government system we have here. We call them Greedophiles. So this is where a lot of it has come from. All I ever wanted was a small safe secure place to call home with a small garden maybe, hahahaha. Well I am working with my health worker to try to improve my life...

I just feel very vulnerable right now and do not feel like a man at all... Work in progress.

Sadly I had to let it go to cover expenses.

Good to see you're trying to come back, Marac. If there's anything I can do to support you, you know where I'm living and you have my number. Send my love to Hanae as well!

Always good to hear from you and see your work Marac - it can be a long road but I'm sure you'll get where you need to be. We'll be cheering all the way.
