Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't! I had this one Copyrighted_Image_Reuse_Prohibited_1198203.jpg that was obviously out of whack but I thought you'd want to know what good things can come from entering:

I got a reaction (see comment) from Ken 21.gif Art Roflmao and this Copyrighted_Image_Reuse_Prohibited_602147.gif. It should have come with a lower score though:)

Edit for typo.

I thought this image had some teeth (maybe not the subjects, but the image). I was one of your 7's. Congrats on the bling/art?

Normally I'd let you off with a warning, but I must've been a little cranky. ;-)

...I'll add that while your title was an obvious (but feeble, IMO) attempt at the shoehorn, some shoehorn titles do work better than others. In this case, I would've been more lenient on something like "In the Jaws of the Urban Jungle" or something that is just more abstract and therefor more subjective. That makes it harder for me to DNMC it. That's just me, though - some don't care at all about the challenge relevance and some don't even look at or consider the title in relation to the challenge.

Feeble maybe, but the challenge was feeble too, IMO, so maybe this was my reaction. I thought your citation was a joke (you do that a lot). But in any case I admit that my image deserved whatever it got.... :)
Hopefully I made some people smile.

Fair criticism. Nothing wrong with protest entries or IDGAF entries as long as you accept the consequences. None of this matters anyway and I am sure you got smiles. :)
