It has come to our attention that a user has been using the PM and e-mail features of the site to solicit votes and comments, and has revealed challenge entries in the process. The same user has been found to hold multiple accounts.

Please post back to this thread if (and only if) you have received a PM or e-mail of this nature since May 6, 2005. Please do not publicly post information that would reveal the user's identity!!

Thanks,
The Site Council

yep but I have a feeling that this cat just didnt know & will soon turn themselves in & do the right thing.
If you're reading this thread (& I imagine you are/will) there's far too much to learn on DPC than to risk being banned over something so simple & silly.
PLus, don;t you cool cats have a way of checking this stuff out? Why create a thread for it especially since no one (i hope) will call this cat out?
Very confusing?
Also, I just noticed that the dupe accounts have the same name on it confirming my suspecian that this person prolly didnt know that you are only allowed one account per person. I think a simple PM to this person can resolve this.

thanks, rooster. unfortunately, we have reason to believe that this was not an accident.

we're not trying to call anyone out, but we don't have the ability to find out who has been emailed. we're just asking for information.

What kind of information was being asked. I haven't had anyone ask for anything too specific, but perhaps I didn't respond correctly heh.
