while my score is a good contender for the brown(dont really care tho anymore) my daughters score is really really good(Im so glad she is beating me, tho i may never live it down).BUT 5 out of the 10 comments shes recieved are voters thinking it isnt a self portrait because she is the age she is. Just to let some of you know: as long as the parent signs a release/approval a child can be a member.

by the way: glad2badad~~ thanks for that comment on my entry(compliment): It made MY DAY!!! Hugs :o)

I gave the younger portraits the benefit of the doubt. I'm frankly ridiculously impressed at the PS skills ;-)

I agree...my daughter is also getting the raised eyebrows over SP probably because of her age. I just love that shot.

Well I am getting alot of kind comments, and thats nice :)
But my score sucks!! Sheesh...its harder to swallow when its a self portrait!!

nice shots everyone. Lots of the same ole stuff tho. Kinda wish I saw some of the risk in the 30 day challenge pix. Lots of desat with blue eye (kinda really, really, tired of this shot), lots of "me" as the title.

Nonetheless, some super remarkable shots in the challenge. I feel this might be a close one.

What I found interesting is seeing how DPCer's seem to be so critical on challenge descriptions and formats/contents/compositions of certain types of shots that there are so many portraits that are not in portrait format or even a proper aspect ratio.
