I am getting ready to send some of my photos off to a magazine to be used along with an article written by a friend of mine. I have to include a letter giving permission for them to use my pics with the article as well as stating that they are mine.
Is there a standard letter that anyone has used for this? I want to make sure I cover everything.
(they asked for them on disc because they are digital-I have my photos on a disc with a label that says copyright (my name) & the article they are to be used with, along with my phone # & email.)

See if you can find something at Nolo Press -- they have some downloadable forms as well as selling legal books for non-lawyers. Your local library may have some of their books as well.

I'm glad -- I refer a lot of people there, but haven't visited them in some time. Why don't you post something on just what you found useful there, and how to find it (maybe a direct link).
