Hello All,

I recently went to a friend's wedding. I told him that I would take some photos for him but wasn't comfortable with being the 'official' photographer for the day.

The 'professional' that he hired had just moved to digital and had a sony camera. My first concern was how he left the fake shutter noise on while taking photos of the ceremony...

After the day, my friend was given an album of the photos. He didn't ask which should go in and many were of people with eyes closed etc. My friend asked if he could have the photos that weren't included in the album and was told he could for £100....

Can he charge extra for these photos?? Even after doing a reasonably bad job??

what your friend can and can't do most likely depends on what was in the original agreement. if the deliverables were unacceptable, then he probably has some recourse.
