Not really an out-take per se... but one from the same shoot. Same lighting, different (in-camera) crop and different processing.

I think cropping to the edges of the face would have gained me .2 points :-D

I don't really have any outtakes, but my idea was to have someone or maybe an animal inside a box, pressing against the sides, and frame the image to the box. Trying to break out of the image box.

Knew this didn't meet the challenge - it was just done for a giggle. This was an outtake - I couldn't enter (I even got a request for the original to prove I hadn't cheated - I was thrilled !). Of course I hadn't - this was the photo I printed and put into the frame for the final shot.

All for a laugh - some got it and some got upset.

My outtake

Desaturate to high light eyes.

Thought I'd be DQ'd because the frame was not filled. See area at the bottom right

Cropped for Final entry.

I think this entry should have scored much higher then it did.
This challenge proves to me how fickle DPChallenge members are.

outake's here on my blog ... prolly would've done better. Who knew the DNMC nazi's were gonna freak out about every single pixel being part of the subject?
