Just honest first thoughts. the one of her laying down I really like. Her eyes catch you, draw you in and hold you there. The one of her sitting up, not so much. The green for some reason bothers me, and there isn't anything that really catches your attention. No emotion.
hey, you added a third one. Not bad. could use a bit of hair light imo.
Overall, I like them. I'd be proud to have those in my portfolio.

I agree, the one of her lying down is the best to me. The greenish tone is something I have tried sometimes when editing various shots and I never use that tone because it just never seems to look right to me.

on the "green" headshot: agree with others that the color seems odd. But color notwithstanding, you also should consider cropping off the top of her head. Try it, the photo will look much better.

Agree that the green color is off-putting--I'd take that back to tone of the middle one. I also agree that cropping on the top of the green one would help. It seems to me, though, that the green one is a bit soft--nothing seems quite sharp there--a bit of selective sharpening and contrast on the eyes (just a little bit) along with the de-greening :-) and the crop will really enhance the presentation of the model and the great shot/lighting work you did there. .

I REALLY like middle one--eyes are great, b/w conversion is great, and the horizontal pose opens the bangs a bit. Wouldn't change a thing.

I also like the the third one. When next to the middle one, it looks a bit too light, since it is not as contrasty, but when viewed on its own, it is very nice.
