What I like about challenges you enter Will Lutchenko is that I feel like I have TWO update buttons ;)

Eh...about where I expected it to be. Like a handful of others, I took the "shot that conveys glamour" route and ended up right where I thought I would. But in the end, I like my photo and that's all that matters.

On to the next challenge!!


This route is valid (according exactly to the rules), and IMHO, original. I just hope that the voters realizes this!

I think we're seeing a lot of malicious voting. People deliberately voting down shots better than theirs in the vain hope that doing so will make theirs score higher.

Oh come on. This is so annoying. Some people are just skinny. I don't know why its so fun for people to say annoying things about skinny people. We are the minority that's for sure but certainly not half starved. And the ones that are starving themselves have a serious mental issue, and that isn't funny either.

I'm skinny and I eat plenty. It's really annoying to hear people say things implying I or other skinny people are starving or "need a cheeseburger" or need "meat on their bones" or other such phrases that make it seem like a bad thing to be skinny.

Whatever.

Played a little joke on glamour, predicted it would not be appreciated by the voters and I was right, started off somewhere at 3.7 now sitting on

Made a terrible mistake, not telling where, otherwise you'll know which is mine.
Anyway, I'm getting what I was expecting.

I'm not voting either, because - and please don't feel offended anybody, I'm not condemning this type of photography - I just don't like any kind of studio photography very much. It doesn't appeal to me, but I know a lot of people do love it.

No you're not the only one.

I started with my best ever this morning - 6.8325! Over the course of the day I have watched it 'drop' to 6.14 at one point. I happy to say that it is now fairing a little better:

It looks like someone is being very generous with the one's by handing them out to everyone. My score has been above 6.5 all day, then bam have a 1 for all your time and effort. Perhaps they got the scoring scale the wrong way round!

It may not be everyones cup of tea. However, I learned loads in this challenge and am very pleased with the result. It was the first my first time shooting a model in a studio. Wow what a difference to a few lamps a few jellybabies and a sheet in the spare bedroom.

Technically my entry has to be the best pic I have ever taken and yet it is heading towards one of my worst scores ever....... beam me up scotty!

Ha, gotta love the dpchallenge voters. They're always quick to point out that you're not as good as you think :) I prefer to think that we're just sooo good that it is above many ppls comprehension ;)

You'll get used to it. I'm waiting for you down here in the low 5's. I'm sinking a bit as well, but I don't have as far to drop.

The variety of opinions on any given shot always amazes me. I've gotten everything from a 2 to an 8 today.

I'm afraid you're beating a dead horse. This issue pops up again and again, esp if a challenge is won with a pic of a skinny model in it. C'est la vie.

But cheer up...I'm 5'10 and 145 and scarf down around 2500 calories a day because my work is very physically active - so I laugh at people who call me skinny!
