What, someone squealed on MY snaffly and questioned her shot?! How dare they! *rolling up sleeves*

So long as you didn't do anything you shouldn't have, you should be fine. It is annoying though.

Woo, I got a favorite, my first in a very long time. Free Study still plodding along at 4.6, but at least someone likes it.

It's still there. I even did a 'refresh'. Alas, I'm leaving, and won't have a computer until tomorrow afternoon. Maybe it'll be gone by then, yes? I sent in a ticket. Is there something else we need to do to self DQ?

Heck, Deb, mine started with an extremely strong run in the 6.5's, and then it absolutely plummeted into the 5.1's... I never have had such a free-fall, I swear :-(

I wrecked my car! I was driving along minding my own business and a woman made a left hand turn right in front of me! Nothing I could do. I had my 7 yr old granddaughter in the car with me and thankfully neither her or I or any of the 3 people in the other car were injured. I had just stopped and picked up Marisa's new glasses and the impact from the accident knocked them right off. I asked her if she was ok and she said, "Geez, grandma, you knocked my glasses right off my face!"
So...now I just have to wait and see if Dora the Explorer can be repaired or if she's totaled.

Oh no! Did the other driver indicate at all or just turn left blindly?

Either way, glad you weren't hurt and that Marisa had the right attitude about things :-) Hope Dora can be repaired for not too much $$$.

Wow! Glad you are all ok! I had that happen to me and the other persons insurance had to pay for my repairs because she was at fault.

I was just thinking the same thing... were the police called? Because if someone turns in front of you, they're at fault. Even though usually it's no fault insurance, when this happened to my mom, the other driver's insurance had to pay everything. But they had a police report...

Michigan is a "no fault state". Your own insurance pays. We did have the police there. Since it wasn't my fault I don't have to pay my 500.00 deductible.
I had my trailer all loaded up to take a load to the new house tomorrow. The car they gave me as a loaner is cute but kind of small. We can't haul the trailer but we LOADED it up. It's a 2008 Kia Rondo.

i broke a ginormous rule in advaced editing without knowing it. i thought that panoramas where legal, cause if seen them on here before, but apparently you CAN do panoramas as long as they are one photo. mine was 6

What a shame! So it must go against the multiple images as long as it's the same image rule. I'm pretty confused about that one, myself. Can you do a double exposure and put yourself on two sides of the picture? I wouldn't think so with those rules, but I thought I've seen double exposures on here before...

btw, I just sent you a pm--I'm having difficulties figuring out what to do with tonight's challenge. I have two images, one for each, but they both have problems. I just don't know which has the least problems...

Under the current rules, this would be illegal. Earlier images may have been done under different rules, or they may have been made by using one long exposure and either using multiple flashes in a dark environment, or by covering and then uncovering the lens with a piece of black paper between "exposures."

Multiple exposures under Advanced are only legal to increase the tonal range or depth of field; each frame should essentially be the same frame/composition except for the difference in exposure or position of the focus.

At least your DQs are for a clear and objective violation; it really sucks when it's just for a difference in perception or interpretation like my last two ... :-(
