I have a quick question but I’m not sure how to word it to find my answer on Google. For Xmass I received a new computer, it is loaded with Windows 7, I use IE8 for search. I have used F11 to remove the top and bottom tool bars. When I open a image in a post I get a second page, but the tool bars are now visible and I cant figure out how to remove them. Is there a way to do that?

It sounds like the toolbars are there by default when you launch IE8. You might have to lock the toolbar settings to do that, but take that with a grain of salt - I just did a quick Google, this may not be what you are referring to. I don't have IE8 to try it out with.

From https://www.microsoft.com/windows/internet-explorer/support/faq.aspx

How do I add/remove toolbars? And/or add-ons?
To add a toolbar, click Tools, then Toolbars from the Command bar or right-click on the Command bar to see a list of toolbar options. You can activate or deactivate a number of Internet Explorer toolbars from this menu option. You can even Lock the Toolbars to make Internet Explorer 8 show the same toolbars each time you use the browser.
