Thought I would introduce myself.

My name is Kari Williams. I have been around DPC since 2007, but only joined this year. I LOVE photography, but I guess that goes without saying. I am not quite as good as some around here, but I am learning TONS and look forward to getting to know all of you and learning from you as well.

I live in the gorgeous state of Colorado (and confusion...lol). I have a beautiful partner (Robin) and we have been together for 10 years. We have a 16 year old son who is the light of my life.

Once again, can't wait to get this party started!

You guys should now have an offical invite under the dpl page, I figured out what I was doing wrong.

It is really hard to see...it is right above the pirate logo...took me forever to find it!

Does anyone have any people on the Free Agent List that you would like to extend an invite to join our team? we currently have 2 more uninvited slots that we can extend an invite to.

Glad to have you Tammy, hopefully we can all help each other do our bests. Thats a big part of the DPL, we can help one another on our imaging, ideas and processing and hopefully not only do well in DPL, but improve our skills as we go along.

Hi my name is Janine (everyone echo's...."hi Janine") I've been here since Sept of 2009. I live in Florida, NW Orlando Area. I love to travel. I'm married to Rick and we have 2 daughters and my eldest is married. I'm a hairdresser and I work from my house so I'm at/on the computer all the time. I'm originally from St. Joseph, MI grew up there, but have been in Florida for 28 years.

I'm really looking forward to figuring out how this all works...be patient with me sometimes I can be very dense but eventually I do get it...

Oh, and the software that I use for editing is Photoshop Elements 8 and I have the Neat Image plug-in. What kinds of software are ya'll using.

I will keep him in mind if any of the people that we currently have invites to say they are not interested. Definately seems like the participation is there.

Hi everyone, my name is Rich and ~~I am an Alcoholic..~~ I love photography, Sorry wrong meeting :P

I live in New Hampshire close to Manchester, married to a wonderful woman named Marie. Currently have no real children (though I make up for that most of the time lol)...

I have been on DPC since 2006, met lots of great people (yes I include you in this Barry) and have had a lot of fun learning and growing in photography on this website. I currently shoot primarily with my Canon 40d, and have a barrage of lenses at my disposal and Process in photoshop CS3.

I also have captained 2 other seasons of WPL/DPL, so if anyone has any questions feel free to ask and I will try to answer them the best that I can. I really hope to do well this season, and I hope that we can help each other grow in photography as this for me has been one of the greatest oppurtunities to grow that this website offers.

I guess I'll introduce myself, too...

I'm in South Florida, in the West Palm Beach area (and have had the pleasure of meeting Janine a few times). I use a Canon xsi that I bought just over a year ago and I've been hooked ever since. I'm most obsessed with CS4, which I treated myself to late last year when I upgraded from Elements. I have a few plug ins that I'm trying to learn and I am pretty sure I'm going to also splurge on Lightroom. I consider myself pretty good at the processing side but learning from amazing people on this site keeps me wanting more.

I'm a full time & hard working CPA (especially this time of year; hey, what the heck am I doing playing around online??). I'm extremely happily married and have a 17 year old son who's going off to college in just 4 months... he keeps reminding me.

Thanks for the invite! I am now on board. Congrats on being the first team to be finalized. Let me just say I am excited to be part of the team and look forward to this season. I joined DPC right after the first DPL ended and have heard that it was fun.

Tammster's lead and introduce myself. I am from North Central Indiana, a lot of farming in this area. Just recently I bought my Canon 40d, so I am still learning it's capabilities. I have CS2 and Elements 8 for PP but I am not the best at that. I work for the Post Office as a carrier and my camera usually travels with me everywhere because you never know...

Anyway, thanks again for the invite!!!
