Stopped on the way home from work to grab a shot of something and on the way back to the car this little fella went bounding off to the side. It wasn't sure if I was safe or not...once the wind shifted back in it's direction it decided to run into the woods.

Fun! :-)

It's great that you had the dark background for this, and the nice grassy area in front. Sometimes it's great to have your camera handy.

This little bast...buck tries to get into the tomatoes every day around 5 PM. Walks up the front steps, across the yard, and checks to see if any gaps in the fence are left open. Anyone who wants to shoot him is welcome. Cameras, bows, guns, whatever,

From recent visit to Carmel Valley. Taken out the car window as we made our way up the driveway.

The turn-off to Carmel Valley is a mile or two down Highway 1 from the turnoff to Asilomar, and in the opposite direction. The place we were staying is about six miles inland from there. I've been to Asilomar for a couple of conferences, and when I was in the second grade I lived "around the corner" from there in Pacific Grove, on the dunes overlooking the ocean and the coast-side road a couple hundred yards below (before the dunes were covered completely with houses, that is).
